Very good

I bought this vitamin supplement and have been taking the tablets for about a week. Might be a bit early to expect any improvements in my acne but I'll be patient.

Other than that, they dispatch my order quickly and kindly sent me a free vitamin D sample too. Taken off one star because of the packaging (it's a largeish pouch and the pills are quite tiny so there's a lot of unnecessary packaging). Hoping this will be improved in future :-)

Best

Agree with the previous buyer, this supplement is very good for acne if taken regularly. It's my third month alreayd and my skin is so much glowier and less red. I don't go out without applying 50+spf, which I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone whether or not you use these or apply topical actives (AHAs, tretinoin, adapalene etc). Also, DON'T eat liver or other Vit A rich foods then taking this to avoid increasing your vitamin A levels dangerously high

Pretty good for acne

I've been using tretinoin topically for a year with lots of dried, peeling skin and redness. Saw a post on Reddit recommending vitamin A tablets and decided to give these a try (since tretinoin is basically a form of vitamin A, so it stands to reason it might prove useful for acne). I've only taken these for 2 weeks so I can't say just how effective they've been, but it definitely makes inflammed zits and cysts look a lot less red and tender. I'd say these would probably give you good results in the long run but you'd obviously have to take them regularly and trust the process. Thanks Reddit SkincareAddiction & Dr Corbyn!

Little improvement after 2 weeks.....

Have been taking Dr Corbyn Vitamin A for 2 weeks but have seen little improvement in my skin. I guess I'm a sucker for instant gratification which is why I wanted immediate results, but stillllllllllllllll....

Will give these another month before deciding if they're worth the money or not. So far any new breakouts are less red overall and come to a head much faster as far as I can tell, so not a total waste of money. Hopefully I ll see more results soon.....

It just works

After 6 months of using benzoyl peroxide and topical tretinoin for my chin/jaw acne, my skin became very discoloured and blotchy to the point where I was wearing makeup every single day!!! Bear in mind, this was all at my dermatologist's advice and she still insisted the discolouration was NORMAL. Like, what... ???

I've stopped using anything topical and went back to a gentle routine where I just wash my hands, apply my favourite moisturiser and follow up with spf (which I skip at night). I also started taking these vitamin A 10000iu tablets every other day and my skin is slowly getting better! There's little improvement in my discolouration BUT my acne is less angry and I'm getting fewer pimples overall.

If you're plastering your face with all kinds of products and seeing no improvement, STOP. RIGHT. NOW. and give this supplement a try! Might take 3-4 weeks for the effects to become visible, but it's worth it and your skin will thank ya x
