Good for seasonal affective disorder

My GP diagnosed me with SAD a few years ago but i've refused to take any kind of antidepressants due to a previously traumatising experience. Thankfully I was able to find these zinc tablets, they're completely safe to take and won't mess up your brain in any way. i'm not feeling as low as I used to. I'd defo recommend this if you're struggling with mild depression or are feeling low. June xx

i feel very energetic

I tend to feel very lethargic and lack energy around this time of the year so I decided to try a zinc supplement. These tablets were just perfect, what more can I say? Easy to take, tasteless & convenient. I usually set up an alarm to remind me to take them each morning. I'm VERY energetic now lmao and I can finally keep myself busy without feeling like i have to go to bed every few hours! so yeah, a very good product :) :)

Got this to (hopefully) strengthen my immunity

I bought this to give my immune system a boost (as I'm prone to catching colds VERY quickly and obviously I didn't want to risk getting covid). They work well. I have been taking them for about 1 month and so far there's been SOME improvement in my overall health. They also surprisingly made my post-workout muscles less sore, which i'm very thankful for. All in all, a good product and will come back for more.
