Delivery update

We have temporarily suspended our Next-Day Delivery and Saturday Guaranteed Delivery services due to ongoing issues at Royal Mail.

UK Delivery Options
  • Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
  • Delivery is between 8am and 9pm.
  • Most orders are despatched within 1 to 2 working days, however, it can sometimes take up to 72 hours during busier periods.
  • Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day.
  • Delivery will be on the next working day after dispatch.
  • Delivery will take place Monday to Saturday between 8am and 9pm (excludes Sundays and bank holidays).
  • Place your order before 12pm on Friday to receive it the following Saturday (excludes bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday (excludes bank holidays).
  • Delivery is between 8am and 9pm.
International Delivery Options
  • We currently deliver to the following countries: Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey.
  • Your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days, Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
  • Delivery is between 8am and 9pm.
  • Most orders are despatched within 1 to 2 working days, however, it can sometimes take up to 72 hours during busier periods.
  • All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Orders dispatched to the Republic of Ireland will be sorted by Royal Mail in the UK and then handed over to An Post, which is the national postal service in the Republic of Ireland. Delivery of your order will subsequently be handled by An Post. You can track your order on the An Post website by visiting this page.

Customs information for orders sent to the Republic of Ireland

Orders dispatched to the Republic of Ireland with a value over €22.00 (approx. £19.00) will be liable to customs and import fees.

An Post will notify you by post if any customs and import fees have been applied to your order. They will also provide information on how much these fees are and how to pay them.

As the customer and receipient of the order, you will be responsible for paying the required customs and import fees to An Post in order to receive your order. If the fees are not paid within 16 working days, your order will be returned to us.

We will issue a full refund, minus the delivery fee if applicable, within 72 hours of receiving the returned package. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

Additional delivery information
Order tracking and updates

All orders placed on our website are dispatched with Royal Mail using a fully tracked delivery service. You will receive your order tracking number in a dispatch confirmation email.

Royal Mail will send delivery updates to the email address you have used when placing your order. If you have provided a mobile number during the checkout process, Royal Mail will also send you delivery updates via text.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are shown on the product page, at checkout and on the order confirmation page (after you have placed an order). These estimates are calculated based on several factors, including our usual order dispatch times, the transit times provided by Royal Mail, day of the week, your selected delivery option and any known disruptions to Royal Mail services.

Delivery estimates are subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times.

Wherever possible, we will try to display the most accurate delivery estimates to you. However, please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Your order may arrive sooner or later than the estimated delivery date.

Delivery to a safe place

Royal Mail will not require a signature from you when delivering your order.

If you want to have your order delivered to a safe place, you can nominate your preferred safe place during checkout. We will provide this information to Royal Mail so they know to leave your package in a safe place if you're not in. However, we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will honour your request to deliver your order to your nominated safe place.

By nominating a safe place for delivery, you accept full responsibility in case your package goes missing.

Dr Corbyn will not accept any responsibility for packages delivered to your nominated safe place if they become lost or go missing. In this case, we will not be obligated to provide a replacement or refund for your order. However, we may choose to do so at our discretion.

Missing, incorrect and damaged items

If you have received your Dr Corbyn order but one or more products are missing or have been damaged during transit, or if you have received an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can investigate and resolve this for you.

You can either choose to have the missing, incorrect or damaged product(s) replaced or to receive a refund to your original payment method totalling the cost of the product(s).

In order for us to process your replacement or refund for the damaged and incorrect product, we will need photo evidence showing either the damage or the incorrect product(s). Sending us photo evidence when reporting damaged or incorrect product(s) will allow us to resolve this for you more quickly.

If we can't replace your missing, incorrect or damaged product(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead. This will be processed within 72 hours of receiving your request. For incorrect and damaged products, the refund will be processed within 72 hours of receiving photo evidence showing either the damaged or incorrect product.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your original payment method.

Lost packages

If more than 10 working days from the latest delivery estimate shown on your order confirmation page have passed and you still haven't received your order, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate and resolve this for you.

Sometimes, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver a package and fail to leave a 'Something for you' card if you're not in at the time that delivery is attempted. If this is the case, the tracking information will be updated to show the delivery attempt and you will be able to arrange a redelivery directly from the Royal Mail tracking page.

Alternatively, you can contact us and we can arrange the redelivery for you.

If the tracking information hasn't been updated for a few days, your order may be either delayed or lost. Please contact us so that we can ask Royal Mail to investigate the whereabouts of your order. If your order can't be located, we will let you know and offer you the option to either have the order replaced or receive a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us so that we can ask Royal Mail to investigate the matter.

Where the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered and proof of delivery is made available to us by Royal Mail, the package will be considered to have been successfully delivered. In this case, we will not be obligated to provide a replacement or refund for your order. However, we may choose to do so at our discretion.

If no proof of delivery is provided to us by Royal Mail, we will offer you the option to either have the order replaced or receive a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

If you have chosen a replacement but we can't replace any of your ordered products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for these products instead. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your original payment method.

Dr Corbyn will not accept any responsibility for packages delivered to your nominated safe place if they become lost or go missing. In this case, we will not be obligated to provide a replacement or refund for your order. However, we may choose to do so at our discretion.
