    For the missus

    Missus is having our second child so at the midwife's advice I bought a years supply of vitamin B complex + iron. I found the website easy to order from and they always sent me updates on delivery etc. Only wish they'd put my wife's name on the packaging as i wanted it to be a surprise, but I was happy nonetheless.

    Update: Missus says these are extremely easy to take and don't trigger her bouts of nausea, so guess who's even happier now!!!

    Was looking for folic acid pills but found these

    Tryin for a baby and my GP recommended me to supplement with folic acid. I found these to be better value than the average prenatal supplement. They give you 100% of your recommended daily intake for each B vitamin, but cost A LOT LESS. My friend spends 29 quid every month for just 28 prenatal pills, I spent less than half for a 6 month supply.

    Finally a company that understands that better nutrition shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. Might try their vitamin C too once I run out of my gummies

    i guess you can't really go wrong when buying vit B, but I really liked the fact that these tablets have 0 taste!!! I take 1 pill in the morning and it gives me such a buzz for the day. in case ur feeling down or lethargic, try this vitamin B complex supplement
